We at Vishal Prints always make sure to offer our customers the best online services and experience. However, due to some unavoidable circumstances, our communication with you might face some challenges. To resolve the challenges, we have designed the below mentioned Return and Refund Policy to offer you the convenience of a world-class online shopping experience.
Terms of Return Policy:
We accept returns but for any return of the received products www.vishalprints.in requires the customer to notify us via e-mail at email@example.com within 03 days of delivery.
We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You can always try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its original condition. Items should be returned unused, unwashed, non- damaged and with all the tags still intact in the original condition.
Product Return Shipping Charges:
We do have a return policy but the customer is responsible to return the product, bear return shipping charges, and notify us via e-mail with the tracking details at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Terms and Conditions of Returns:
We do not accept returns in the below listed conditions:
- If the original condition and tags are tampered with, the product is not liable for a return.
- Any used/soiled/damaged/duplicate product will not be taken back.
- Please refrain from using the product if you are not satisfied with it.
- We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 03 days of receiving the shipment. So, please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the customers return request.
- Kindly do not return ship the product unless you get a confirmation email from us about the acceptance of your return request.
If we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour this entitles www.vishalprints.in to refuse a claim against you.
Exchange and Returns of Sale Products:
The products purchased on sale, discounts, or offers are non-refundable and non-returnable. Sale products can be exchanged for sizes only and are non-refundable.
You can however exchange a product from our regular collection which is not purchased under sale or discount offers. We will require a valid reason for the exchange request and the exchange depends on the available stock for the same product and will be dealt on a case to case basis.
Refund Policy for Returned Products:
We process your refunds within 07 business days from the date we receive the returned product and ensure the condition of the product at our store.
We understand that in some scenarios, the product may take longer to reach us and thus the quality check may take time. In such scenario, we will not process the refund amount until the product-item does not clear the quality check.
If you choose to make an online payment using a credit/debit card/internet banking, the refund involves an online transaction fee up to 5% of the order amount. The mentioned fee may be deducted while we settle your refund request.
www.vishalprints.in may & surely will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles us to refuse a claim against you.
Refund Payment Modes:
If you have paid for the order using net banking/credit card/debit card, then the refund amount will get credited to your bank account within 07 business days from the date after the products clear the quality check process.
Please further note that you shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and the company shall not be responsible in case wrong information has been provided.
If you have paid for the order using vishalprints’ store credits or COD then the amount may get refunded to your vishalprints’ store account within 7-10 business days from date of product clearing quality check at our store.
These store credits are valid for a stipulated amount of time and can be used for purchasing any products on www.vishalprints.in
In case you change your mind, you can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We ensure a complete refund of your money in case of an online transaction. A confirmation will be sent to you for the same via e-mail.
We generally ship all the orders within 24 hours after being placed. If you place a cancellation request after the order is shipped, we will provide you with refund based on the payment mode you have chosen while placing the order.
Return after Order Delivery:
Yes, you can return a delivered product if you are not satisfied with the service/product for any reason.
There is always certain possibility that:
There may be a manufacturing defect which didn’t get noticed during packing.
A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake.
Items\products may get damaged during transit.
Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with manufacturing defect, or any other issues.
In a genuine case of an error on our part, we ensure a complete refund for your order.
Refund on Sale Products:
No, you shall be not eligible for a refund if you have purchased any product(s) during a sale or offer. You will neither be able to return the product. Orders placed under a sale or offer shall be considered final and cannot be cancelled or returned but can just be exchanged for sizes only.
Transit Time of Returned Products:
Any returned shipment generally takes 10-12 days to reach back to us. Exact time taken for transit may also depend on the nature of the product and your location.
